How long will it take to receive my order?All orders are shipped as soon as possible, which will usually be within 48 hours. However, please allow 28 days for delivery as once an item is dispatched we have no control over how long the postal service takes to deliver it. Naturally, orders from outside the UK will take longer to reach you than for addresses inside the UK. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.
How does shipping work?Shipping is added at the checkout and varies depending where in the world you are in relation to the UK, where your order will be shipped from.
In the UK shipping costs £2 for the first item and 50p per additional item if ordered at the same time.
Outside the UK shipping costs £3 for the first item and 50p per additional item if ordered at the same time.
Is it possible to return an item?All items are brand new and they should reach you in perfect condition. We will only replace items that are defective, and they will need to be returned before a replacement can be issued. Please contact us straight away if you have received a defective item and we will make arrangements with you to rectify the problem.
